Themed “ICE: Innovation, Customer, and Experience,” the conference brought together 144 channel partners, system integrators, and value-added resellers to explore growth opportunities and strengthen industry relationships. Participants engaged in thought-provoking discussions on market trends, Canon’s strategic vision for Africa, and innovative solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses and consumers.
Highlighting the event, Chames Plus Technologies received the prestigious President’s Award, recognising its exemplary performance, outstanding customer service, and unwavering commitment to Canon’s business objectives. This accolade exemplifies Canon’s dedication to fostering strong partnerships within the African imaging sector.
