Liberta Leasing launches Nirra App to boost consumer finance market

Liberta Leasing, a Nigerian consumer finance company has introduced an all-in-one loan, lease and lifestyle app with a core focus on providing value with loans, leasing and lifestyle bills payment. The app called ‘Nirra’ was unveiled at a launch event held at Ibis Hotels, Ikeja-Lagos on Sunday, April 11.
Speaking at the launch, Ayokunnumi Olugbemiro, founder and managing director, Liberta Leasing, said the app was conceived as an innovative drive to help bridge the gap in the consumer finance market and help bring financial services to more Nigerians.
“Nirra as an app is one of the only apps, where you can take loans as an individual and a business, apply for lease financing, and carry out everyday lifestyle bills payments like electricity payment, TV recharge, airtime, data, insurance payments, education payments like WAEC, JAMB and the likes,” she disclosed.

Speaking on investment opportunities available on Nirra,the business consultant and strategist explained that the company is poised to help organisations and individuals in the country with distinctive services such as asset financing, short term and long term loans, lease payments and investment opportunities.
Olugbemiro further divulged that people can invest with Liberta Leasing via its website to start, or alternatively, visit its office, adding that an invest feature would soon be available on the app to ensure customers are offered the best services.
The managing director stressed that investors and users of Nirra loan can be assured of the authenticity of the product as every loan on the Nirra App is insured with leading Nigerian insurance company, Leadway Assurance.
“This is to make sure that our investors can go to sleep knowing that their investments with us are 100 per cent safe and secure,” she added.
According to the company, Nirra app also supports peer to peer money transfer based on a wallet system powered digitally, and users can also do wallet to bank transfer from a Nirra wallet to any bank in Nigeria and transfers can be made and received in a few seconds without delay.
The Nirra App can be downloaded via the Google Play Store, and is soon to be available on Apple App Store.
