NPF Microfinance Bank appoints Umar Garba Fagge as non-executive director

The Nigerian Police Force (MPF) Microfinance Bank,has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), its shareholders, and the investing public about the appointment of Said Umar Garba Fagge as the company’s non-executive director.
The leading microfinance institution which offers banking products and services for both serving and retired officers as well as the general banking public, disclosed this in a statement signed by Osaro Idemudia, the company’s secretary, and published on the NGX website.
The appointment followed the redeployment of Jibrin Gane from the Nigeria Police Cooperative Multi-Purpose Society Ltd, and is subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN), and shareholders at the annual general meeting.

Fagge, who is currently the financial controller of the Nigeria Police Cooperative Multi-Purpose Society Ltd hails from Fagge local government area of Kano state.
He holds a degree in applied biology from Bayero university,Kano state, and a post graduate diploma in crime management prevention and control from the same university.
He started his career with the NPF on 1 May 2000, and served in six commands, and twelve divisions as the Divisional Police Officer (DPO).
