Diamond Bank Nigeria Plc., Thursday announced the immediate resignation of Chairman, Oluseyi Bickersteth, and 3 other non-executive directors from its board of directors. The other directors include Rotimi Oyekanmi, Juliet Anammah, and Aisha Oyebode,
In a notice signed by Uzoma Uja, the company’s secretary, the company stated that the directors resigned for various personal reasons. The statement read, “the directors are resigning for varied personal reasons, which will include focusing on their priorities.”
Oluseyi Bickersteth became the Chairman of the Board of Directors on June 26, 2018, after the resignation of Chris Ogbeche.
Diamond Bank also informed the investing public that it would be providing necessary updates to the market as regards any further developments in due course.
